Training Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
- B.Ed. in ECD
- Diploma level ECD training from authorized/renowned institution
- Two years of work experience in the field of ECD, especially ELDS
- Possess sound knowledge and skills on the Federal, Provincial and Local Government (Federal System) Policies and Programs
- Possess capacity in planning, reporting, documentation, coordination.
- Sound knowledge in training content, scheduling, planning, and effective facilitation skills
- ECD related play materials making skills
- Sound knowledge in English and Nepali (Written & Spoken
- Sound knowledge and skills on electronic communication
- Sound knowledge & skills on developing ECD packages and material based on the ECD curriculum
- Sound health for working in the mentioned remote areas
