Graphic Design Intern

This internship position is located in the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), Human Resources Management Service (HRMS). Interns work five days per week under the supervision of a staff member in the department or office to which they are assigned.

Qualification/ Experiences & Responsibilities

- Support the HRMS team on their communication efforts to reach out to a wide range of clients on different communication initiatives

- Design and improve the look and feel of the internal communication materials, which includes posters, quick guides, brochures, presentation decks, templates.

- Assist with improving the look and feel of online communication products.

- Contribute to the discussion of a visual identity for the HRMS team.

- Liaise with relevant parties on job specifications and approval of mechanicals for dispatch, etc.

a. Be enrolled in a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);

b. Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent);

c. Have graduated with Bachelor's degree, master's, Ph.D. or equivalent

Be computer literate in standard software applications.
