Consultant
The Consultant will facilitate implementation of Simulation based mentorship program (SBMP)
activities at field level effectively and efficiently.
Major Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with district and respective Hub and sub hub BC for smooth implementation of SBMP activities.
- Support and participation in mentor development training of SBMP.
- Support and facilitate in pre assessment and post assessment of mentors and mentees.
- Orient to HFOMC member of hub and sub hub BC on simulation based mentorship program.
- Support and facilitate in monthly session of SBMP at hub and sub hub sites.
- Recording and reporting of all the activities after program completion.
- Ensure the utilization of skill lab.
