Welfare Association for Children Tikapur (WACT) in partnership with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is implementing the Protection & Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan (PCESP) project in 2021 to contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable children, families, and communities in Nepal. In this regard, the project is planning to conduct 3 Days of refresher training on positive Discipline. Hence the project requires a consultancy service for the facilitation of refresher training on positive discipline.
SCOPE OF CONSULTANCY SERVICE
The major scopes of the work are:
- Facilitation of the 1 lot of Refresher Training in Kailali on Positive Discipline and all the necessary preparation as required.
- Facilitation of basic concepts of child protection, child Right, and positive discipline.
- Consultation with the WACT Programme staff for all necessary preparations for the assignment in the need of additional support required to conduct the training.
- Drafting and sharing the schedule for the training with WACT Programme Manager
- Developing tools and content for the training and sharing them with WACT Programme staff.
- The training should be delivered in a manner that equips the participant with the tools, capacity, and skills for providing positive discipline. The Refresher training period should not exceed 3 days.
- Submission of the Completion Report of the training within 7 days of Refresher training completion.
