The HR Research Institute’s previous studies have shown that most organizations continue to struggle with people analytics. So, how can HR departments boost their analytics capabilities even while helping their organizations meet key strategic goals? To help answer these questions, HRRI conducted new research in June and July of 2023. This webcast will examine the findings.
