One of the most asked about topics in workplace conflict resolution is “How to prepare for a difficult conversation like giving someone feedback about a ‘problem’ behaviour.” While we may consider them difficult, these kinds of conversations have the potential to be constructive and strengthen how we relate to one another in the workplace. This session will look at why we find conversations difficult, what is a problem behaviour anyways, and what we may want to prepare for and keep in mind to encourage a constructive experience.
