Safe Neighborhood Foundation

Since its formation in 2007 in Budaka Safe Neighborhood Communities Foundation or “Omulirano Omusa” as it is popularly known has traversed several communities in Uganda beginning in Mpigi later Wakiso Districts in Central Uganda, in Pallisa District and Budaka. It is in this spirit that SNF was formed starting from a meeting under a tree in a home and thereafter with neighbors and friends who were experiencing similar situations.
